I need to to organize myself
First and foremost, some reassurance…..
You’ve got a hard job – management and people.
The people and the job are unpredictable, time consuming, ever changing in needs and moods and often outside your control.
In every job, things eventually settle down – new things become routine. It just takes some thinking and planning and organizing.
