Team Worker Promoted to Manager
For 10 years, Linda, 42 years old, was a regular worker at her small company, she was one of a team of 12 people with 2 owner/bosses.
The company was growing and now, both the bosses needed to concentrate on new business and therefore needed a manager for day to day running of the factory.
Linda’s co-workers respected her and respected the quality of her work. She was a well regarded co-worker, got on well with everyone, went out on social occasions with the team. She was happy at work and enjoyed her job.
