What Motivates People
The people you manage are all motivated on some level. What motivates each individual will be as varied as the individuals themselves. It’s your job to find out what “does it” for each of them.
You can’t use a “one fits all” approach because individuals may respond negatively if you attempt to use the wrong sort of motivation with them and in some cases, the person may be offended.
