Change Management – III

Sitting down with your team to discuss the way forward is the way that you get the process of change started. You can’t simply tell your team to get on with finding a way to change a system and then walk away.

People need guiding and leading and encouraging so they can overcome their natural fear of change and their natural resistance to it. Effective change needs a hands-on manager.
